You will play a key role in the control and guidance of Atlas Copco Italia Compressor Technique financial results, including reporting, forecasting and analysis. You will be responsible for complying with Atlas Copco policies as set forth in "The Way We Do Things," and support and develop the organization and its resources in accordance with our growth plan. You will be part of the senior management. You are a collaborator who finds it easy to work with the other Department Heads to gather required information for reporting and control of the company results. You are naturally curious and seek out new information to support forecasting and analysis of results. We are looking for a Business Controller to lead business control activities and support management with accurate analysis, digital tools, and strategic insights to drive sustainable, profitable, and inclusive growth. Business Controller - Compressor Technique Business Area Controller (Customert Center) 1 Business Control, Strategic Planning & Risk Management Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency. Develop analytical tools and risk indicators to support proactive decision‐making. Identify risks and opportunities, raising flags when needed to protect performance. Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence Promote the use of digital tools to automate processes and enhance financial transparency. Develop BI dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring and decision‐making. Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls Guarantee compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures. Strengthen internal controls and authorization frameworks (Prokura), ensuring audit‐readiness. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and tools. University degree in Finance or Economics. Minimum 10 years of experience in business control, finance, or administration, preferably in an international industrial environment. Solid understanding of Italian accounting and tax compliance. Experience in audits and in internal control processes is a plus. Technical & Digital Skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Power BI or similar). Strong digital competence and familiarity with automation and reporting tools. Languages Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken. Innovative and solution‐oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. High level of integrity, accuracy, and business acumen. Flexible working arrangements to support work‐life balance.
