La figura selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con il CFO, supportandolo nelle attività contabili quotidiane e contribuendo attivamente a proporre e implementare nuovi miglioramenti e cambiamenti strategici. Responsabilità: Gestione della fatturazione attiva e passiva (con focus su quella attiva) incluse autofatture, in collaborazione con ufficio commerciale, logistica e magazzino (Italia, intra-UE, export). Intrastat e predisposizione della documentazione per le esportazioni Registrazioni contabili di prima nota, generale, incassi e pagamenti Tenuta dei libri contabili obbligatori (IVA e giornale). Collaborazione con lo Studio Commercialista per il supporto preparazione della dichiarazione IVA annuale e del bilancio d’esercizio. Esperienza in contabilità generale, soprattutto sul lato attivo e sulle fiscalità Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, soprattutto scritta Conoscenza dei principali gestionali contabili Diploma in Ragioneria o Laurea in Economia Sede: Provincia di Monza e Brianza - zona Est Modalità di lavoro: In sede, non è previsto smart working
