Training: We are seeking a highly motivated and results‐oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Italy. The BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets for SS&C's innovative financial technology solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a business development, sales development, or inside sales role, preferably within the financial technology (FinTech) or enterprise software industry.
Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts related to financial software and services.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e」が Salesforce) is highly desirable.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product.
