We are looking for a Business Development Director with strong experience in the financial sector to lead commercial development in Italy and accelerate client acquisition. Responsibilities Define and lead the business development strategy with an initial focus on the Italian market and a broader international outlook. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor AI solutions to local market needs. Contribute to building a local commercial team. Report directly to the international leadership team on pipeline, performance, and market insights. Requirements Proven experience in business development within the financial services industry, particularly in Banking and Wealth Management. Established network of decision-makers in the industry, particularly in IT. Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad. Fluent in both Italian and English.
