The Role:

The Service Holder main function is to ensure that the EPCC activities and technical documentation relevant to the
engineering discipline are developed during the different phases of the project in accordance with the contract requirements:

✓ to survey the design and engineering requirements of codes, specifications & standards, technical referential, Status of
Requirements, contract, main local regulations, jobs/duties/scopes are satisfied by the EPCC Contractors,
✓ to provide engineering expertise,
✓ to ensure that interfaces with process, other engineering disciplines and other project entities (PMT Engineering Core
Team, Interface & construction, Operation Departments, etc.) are adequately, timely addressed and properly engineered,
✓ to support the package engineering Manager and the engineering Team activities.
The instrumentation specialist Engineering is the technical expert for the discipline in the package PMT organization.

Tasks:
For the discipline and the interfaces between disciplines, to:
1. follow, input, and review the engineering work, technical documentation, quotes and deliverables issued by the EPCC
package Contractors, Vendors, Manufacturers and Suppliers,
2. follow, input, and review the technical documentation and deliverables issued by other EPCC package Contractors
Vendors, Manufacturers, and project entities, involving interfaces/impacts with/on the package
3. ensure that the project deliverables, equipment and facilities are designed and engineered in accordance with the
codes, specifications & standards, technical referential, Status of Requirements, contract, main local regulations,
job/duty/scope requirements. Follow the corresponding close-out,
4. monitor and support the EPCC package Contractors and third Parties in the execution of their responsibilities underthe contract requirements. Follow the corresponding close-out,
5. oversee and support the design, engineering, procurement and manufacturing of the equipment and facilities carriedout by the Contractors to ensure they meet codes, specifications & standards, technical referential, Status ofRequirements, contract, main local regulations, job/duty/scope requirements. Accountabiltiies:
1. to ensure the quality of the engineering deliverables are compliant with the requirements of codes, projectspecifications, technical referential, Status of Requirements, contract, main local regulations, jobs/duties/scopes forthe discipline
2. to address subjects and matters: timely to prevent the risk of delay, at the project, package, and entity levels, contractually to minimize claims for a variety of audiences, and interfaces with other disciplines and external groups
3. To apply pro-active, constructive, and cooperative work environment between involved parties, entities, and disciplines.
4. to comply with the project governance, general rules, and requirements (operational safety, administrative rules, codeof conducts, etc.). Commitment to safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.
