We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.Mission & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the National Key Account Manager, the Junior National Key Account will be responsible for the execution of Sales strategies on the Italian market, in line with the company vision and aiming at maximizing growth and profitability. The main responsibilities are: Management of a portfolio of national and regional retailers with the objective of reaching the brand sell in and sell out and OP targetsManagement of the relationship with all key account retailers field teams on the Italian territory (Area Managers)Work closely with the other departments (i.e. Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and Digital) in the development of Guerlain Italy strategyManagement of sell-out reports as preparatory tools for the sales force and sales analysis using Power BI and OrionLead the product presentations for the retailers in charge as well as business reviewsMonthly reporting and analysis of results versus target and proposing action when necessary.Profile A previous Product / Trade Marketing experience within the beauty market is a plusGreat communication and relational skills to deal with different clients and stakeholdersCustomer and relationship focusedAnalytical skills and result driven approachStrong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)Willingness to travelling in ItalyFluent in English, other languages are a plusCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
