RSPP - Health & Safety Manager
In Italia, operiamo con una rete di oltre 5000 PUDO (Pick Up and Drop Off points) e 3000 locker automatici attivi 24/7, offrendo ai clienti la massima flessibilità per il ritiro, l’invio e la restituzione dei pacchi. Il nostro obiettivo è scalare rapidamente il mercato italiano, replicando il successo ottenuto in Polonia. Cerchiamo un/a RSPP - Health & Safety Manager che assuma la responsabilità del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione per InPost Italy. La risorsa sarà incaricata di garantire la conformità normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, coordinando tutte le attività HSE nei siti aziendali, inclusi magazzini e uffici.
Assumere il ruolo di RSPP - Health & Safety Manager ai sensi del D.Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di valutazione dei rischi, redazione DVR, piani di emergenza e procedure di sicurezza.
Gestire i rapporti con consulenti HSE, enti ispettivi e medici competenti.
Organizzare visite mediche, corsi di formazione obbligatori e aggiornamenti periodici.
Monitorare l’assegnazione e l’utilizzo dei DPI, verificando scadenze e conformità.
Effettuare audit interni e sopralluoghi per verificare il rispetto delle normative.
Redigere reportistica HSE e KPI per il monitoraggio delle performance.
Supportare la gestione ambientale (rifiuti, registri di carico/scarico, impianti antincendio).
Laurea in Ingegneria, Tecniche della Prevenzione o discipline affini.
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di RSPP, preferibilmente in contesti logistici o industriali.
Certificazione RSPP (Modulo A, B e C).
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
disponibilità a lavorare in sede 3 giorni a settimana.
Patente B e auto propria.
Certificazioni aggiuntive in ambito HSE.
Conoscenza della lingua francese.
