Hill International is seeking an HSE Manager for an oil & gas project based in Italy.QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited universityFifteen (15) years of work experience in the relevant discipline after earning the BSc degreeExcellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to write specifications and reportsResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:Technical competency and proficiency in hazards and effects management/risk management principles and techniquesTechnical competency as a lead safety representative in Safety Studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, FERA, QRA, etc.)Project management, coordination, and delivery of safety assessments/studies for risk assessmentsAuthorship and auditability of technical reports/documentsDevelopment of HSE Management Systems and Emergency Response Plans/ProceduresConducting safety assurance and compliance assessmentsEnsuring compliance with legislative/regulatory requirements and industry standardsAbility to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all organizational levelsExperience throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual phase to operational phaseReview and approval of HSE deliverables and plans from contractorsKey ActivitiesDevelopment of HSE systemsManagement of internal HSE auditsImplementation of the organization's Accident Reporting System#J-*****-Ljbffr
