Primaria realtà operante nel settore chimico e dei derivati dei polimeri è alla ricerca di un HSE Manager
Il DIRETTORE HSE Corporate sarà inserito a riporto diretto della direzione generale della Società con il compito di curare gli aspetti di compliance Ambientale e di Salute e Sicurezza dei lavoratori, seguendo le indicazioni della corporate e le normative di riferimento; in particolar modo avrà la responsabilità di coordinare gli RSPP presenti nei relativi plant industriali di produzione dedicandosi a:
- Definire ed implementare il modello gestionale HSE nell’ambito degli interventi di competenza dell’Area, in conformità al sistema di gestione HSE integrato del Gruppo, alle norme ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 ed alla normativa vigente in ambito Sicurezza e Ambiente attraverso: la codifica e la definizione di modalità operative, concorrendo al miglioramento in linea con gli indirizzi, le procedure e linee guida aziendali;
- Supportare il Datore di Lavoro nella diffusione di una cultura in materia di tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori effettuando anche audit interni;
- Fornire consulenza e supporto ai diversi RSPP assegnati ad ogni stabilimento in merito alla gestione della legge Seveso;
- Promuovere e sviluppa in collaborazione con i servizi interessati studi e valutazioni nel campo della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e tutela dell’ambiente;
- Fornire assistenza specialistica alle funzioni interessate nei rapporti con enti esterni (**A**SL, Provincia, Regione, ARPA) in occasione di audit, visite ispettive e richieste di autorizzazioni.
**SI RICHIEDE **esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 4-5 anni in contesti produttivi (preferibilmente in industrie chimiche complesse o similari) e la conoscenza della normativa SEVESO. Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione integrata sicurezza e ambiente conformi alle norme ISO 14001 ed ISO 45001; laurea ottenuta in indirizzi chimici oppure in materie sicurezza e ambiente.
