This on-site position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Italian and possess a good command of English. Responsibilities Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues. Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Candidate Requirements Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian, with at least B2-level English proficiency. Eligibility: Must possess EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card. Relocation: Willingness to move to Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation package available for those relocating from abroad). Relocation Support: Financial assistance for relocation, including help with finding accommodation.
