For the expansion of our internal team, we are looking for a : Specialist, Compensation & Benefits Purpose of the role : You will join our HR team, together with the Planning Reward & Personnel Administration coordinator, in order to contribute to development and maintenance of a compensation structure aligned with our company's strategies and organizational characteristics. Main activities : Support the preparation of Documents for Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors meetings, CDA Collect data required for the annual Remuneration Policy and Sustainability Report Analyze compensation ratio, gender pay gap and equity pay gap at Group level Manage activities related to the stock option plan, including the allocation process and the definition and monitoring of vesting conditions Manage short-term incentive plans (STI) for commercial populations (Quarterly Bonus) Evaluate new roles and existing positions Support topics related to insurance policies, employee benefits, car policies, and relocation Monitor the Group compensation dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and alignment of positions Contribute to planning and budgeting activities within the Reward area.
