Manpower Engineering Perugia seleziona CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST per azienda operante nel settore metalmeccanico di Perugia. RESPONSABILITA' Le attività principali della posizione includono: • Identificare opportunità per il miglioramento dei processi, l'eliminazione degli sprechi e la riduzione dei costi; • Pianificazione, facilitazione ed esecuzione di eventi di miglioramento continuo utilizzando gli strumenti Lean Six Sigma; • Insegnare, guidare e istruire team interfunzionali sugli strumenti e sulla metodologia Lean Six Sigma; • Risolvere con il responsabile della manutenzione e altri colleghi delle operazioni questioni tecniche; • Definizione di risultati, indicatori di risultato e indicatori di prestazione; • Analizzare attentamente le opzioni, compreso l'impatto e la fattibilità; • Specificare gli ostacoli e le modalità per superarli attraverso il miglioramento continuo; • Monitorare regolarmente l'implementazione delle soluzioni per raggiungere gli obiettivi e i benefici attesi. RIPORTO GERARCHICO La figura riporta direttamente al Production Manager. OFFERTA: Offriamo contratto diretto in azienda tempo indeterminato, CCNL metalmeccanica industria, orario di lavoro full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, range di RAL 30-35 K. Luogo: Perugia (PG) -laurea in ingegneria meccanica/aeronautica/aerospaziale-conoscenza dei fondamenti di costruzione di macchine-conoscenza dei principi di disegnazione e progettazione meccanica-conoscenza della tecnologia meccanica (materiali plastici e metallici)-conoscenza di base di automazione e controlli-conoscenza del SW di modellazione CAD SOLIDWORKSSono considerati titoli preferenziali l'esperienza in ruoli e contesti analoghi e la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese J-18808-Ljbffr
