Posizione: Junior NOC Monitoring Specialist Sede: Milano Modalità: Modalità ibrida (una volta una tantum) IL TUO RUOLO Entrerai a far parte del team NOC, supportando le attività di monitoraggio delle infrastrutture network e server. Contribuirai al mantenimento, all'aggiornamento e all'efficienza del sistema di monitoraggio, collaborando con il team nelle attività operative quotidiane e acquisendo progressivamente competenze tecniche avanzate in ambito networking e monitoring. Responsabilità principali: Supporto al team NOC nella gestione operativa della piattaforma ManageEngine OpManager Verifica e primo livello di analisi di specifiche tipologie di alert Inserimento di nuovi dispositivi da monitorare e rimozione di quelli dismessi Aggiornamento e mantenimento dell'inventario dei dispositivi monitorati Esecuzione di verifiche di connettività tramite SNMP Collaborazione nelle attività di incident management e troubleshooting di primo livello, sotto supervisione Applicazione di procedure standard per la risoluzione di problematiche semplici Partecipazione a workshop di troubleshooting e sessioni di formazione interne Generazione ed esportazione di report tramite tool di monitoraggio per la gestione del servizio Requisiti: Conoscenza base dei concetti di monitoraggio delle infrastrutture IT Familiarità con tool di monitoraggio come OpManager, Zabbix, Nagios Conoscenze di base di networking (indirizzi IP, gateway, switch, router) Conoscenza base del protocollo SNMP Precisione, affidabilità e puntualità nello svolgimento delle attività assegnate Buone capacità di comunicazione e attitudine al lavoro in team Interesse ad apprendere e crescere in ambito NOC e infrastrutture IT Cosa offriamo?
