Come Specialista Internal Auditing Compliance e 231 ti occuperai di attività di auditing prevalentemente di compliance normativa e 231 rispetto a quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 231/2001 in materia di prevenzione di commissione di reati e altri ambiti in stretta collaborazione anche con la parte di processo riguardante amministrativi/di staff che tecnici/di business.

La figura che stiamo cercando verrà inserita nel team Presidio D.lgs 231/2001 e Prevenzione della Corruzione in ambito Direzione Internal Auditing di Hera S.p.A. con contratto a tempo indeterminato nella sede di Bologna.


Cosa farai

  • Svolgerai attività complete di audit al fine di valutare l'adeguatezza di attività e comportamenti aziendali; 
  • Effettuerai ricerche e verifiche finalizzate alla valutazione dell'adeguatezza di attività e comportamenti aziendali relativamente a quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 231/2001 e dal Modello per la Prevenzione della Corruzione;
  • Svolgerai attività di formazione su tematiche giuridiche e di compliance quali a titolo esemplificativo tematiche di carattere normativo, frode e corruzione, privacy e altro; 
  • Sarai a supporto nelle attività di audit di processo effettuate dalle aree Internal Auditing Staff e Mercato e Internal Auditing Reti e Ambiente e Risk Assessment;
  • Gestirai segnalazioni di presunto illecito e di reato 231 pervenute (Whistleblowing);
  • Svilupperai Procedure Aziendali quali a titolo esemplificativo protocolli 231;
  • Svolgerai attività di analisi dati quali a titolo esemplificativo flussi informativi 231.

Chi sei  

  • Sei in possesso di una laurea in ambito Giuridico o Economico;
  • Hai una buona conoscenza delle attività e dei processi di auditing in materia di compliance normativa e 231;
  • Possiedi capacità di analisi dei processi.
