Randstad HR Solutions, in collaborazione con Epta azienda multinazionale leader nel settore della refrigerazione nell’ambito Retail, Food & Beverage e HO.RE.CA, ricerca e seleziona un METHODS ENGINEER per il Plant di Limana (BL).

Il candidato supervisionerà il processo produttivo supportando i reparti produttivi nell'ottimizzare i processi e si occuperà di definire nuove strategie per l'industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti.

Responsabilità

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’:

  • Definire i metodi di lavoro e le attrezzature necessarie,
  • Eseguire studi per migliorare l'efficienza e ottimizzare il layout delle linee,
  • Gestire il flusso di processo, i cicli di lavoro e le risorse,
  • Misurazione dei tempi e gestione dei KPI di produzione,
  • Studio e introduzione di nuove tecnologie,
  • Attività di ottimizzazione e miglioramento secondo i principi del Miglioramento Continuo,
  • Collaborare con tutti i team e le parti interessate per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

Competenze

SI RICHIEDE:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Industriale o indirizzo affine,
  • 2/3 anni di esperienza professionale nel ruolo in contesti multinazionali,
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore della refrigerazione o contesti similari,
  • Conoscenza pregressa dei processi di produzione industriale,
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione e miglioramento dei processi industriali,
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1 o superiore,
  • Attitudine al problem solving,
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro di squadra.
