Founded 29 years ago, today we are a market leader in Ukraine and successfully export our products to numerous countries across Europe and worldwide.We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna regions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region.Achieve sales targets and grow the client base.Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B).Confident use of MS Office tools.Valid driver's license and access to a car.We offerTransparent motivation system (base salary + sales commission + KPI bonuses).Partial remote work in a home-office format.Join usIf you are passionate about sales, communication, and growth, and want to represent a strong international brand in the beauty industry — we'd love to meet you
