Per importante azienda del settore della mobilità siamo alla ricerca di un:

Program Manager

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • il rapporto con il cliente, per tutti gli aspetti che riguardano il servizio erogato ed il contratto;
  • configurare le soluzioni tecniche e seguirne gli stati di avanzamento;
  • gestire i rapporti contrattuali con le imprese e i fornitori di servizi, sia dal punto di vista tecnico che economico;
  • aggiornare il piano e il cronoprogramma generale delle attività assegnate, monitorandone lo stato d’avanzamento e gli eventuali scostamenti fisici, economici e temporali;
  • gestire la reportistica di commessa (SLA/KPI) in ottica di miglioramento continuo;
  • gestire la redditività della commessa, assicurandone il rispetto del budget economico e dei KPI imposti dal cliente;
  • gestire la rendicontazione economica delle prestazioni rese, i mezzi e le risorse assegnate nella logica dell’ottimizzazione e nel rispetto delle norme in materia di rapporto di lavoro;
  • presidiare, con il supporto delle competenti strutture aziendali, l’espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti previsti dalle normative in vigore, con particolare riferimento agli adempimenti previsti in materia ambientale e di sicurezza nei cantieri di lavoro;
  • gestire i preventivi e le offerte economiche per lo sviluppo dei lavori indotti di commessa;
  • gestire i tecnici e/o subappaltatori nell’esecuzione delle installazioni.

Titolo di studio

Laurea in Economia oIngegneria (preferibile l’iscrizione all’albo degli ingegneri).

Esperienza lavorativa pregressa

Esperienza di almeno 5 anni di esperienza in aziende e contesti strutturati in ruoli analoghi

Competenze Richieste

  • Conoscenza dei principi, delle tecniche e degli strumenti di Project Management.
  • possesso di certificazione PMI o IPMA e la conoscenza del codice appalti sarà considerato un plus.
