Humangest, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale ricerca, per prestigiosa azienda cliente operante nel settore servizi e produzioni, un Purchasing Assistant.L'assistente acquisti sovrintende al controllo dei consumi su SAP, aggiorna i file interni, si occupa della pianificazione delle attività e si relaziona regolarmente con i fornitori.La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Riordino di imballaggi, materie prime e ingredienti garantendo che la produzione riceva le forniture necessarie in base al consumo medio calcolato attraverso file interni. Il ruolo richiede interazione con i reparti Produzione (programma di produzione), Magazzino (gestione delle scorte) e con i Fornitori (vincoli esterni:
tempi di evasione degli ordini, affidabilità dei fornitori, etc..)
- Inserimento degli ordini in SAP e loro invio ai fornitori. Interazione con il Magazzino per definire le date di consegna in base ai vincoli interni (risorse disponibili). Aggiornamento dei file di magazzino interni. Archiviazione documenti e relative confermed'ordine. Interazione con il Responsabile Acquisti per informazioni riguardanti il monitoraggio delle consegne, la verifica della necessità di anticipi, solleciti e/o rinvii
- Controllo della tempestiva esecuzione delle consegne
- Gestione di eventuali differenze tra fatture e ordini (su segnalazione da parte dell'Amministrazione)
- Gestione di eventuali modifiche nella programmazione delle consegne
- Inserimento dei listini prezzi dei fornitori in SAP- Aggiornamento del listino prezzi dei fornitori e dei dati anagrafici dei materiali SAP.La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Diploma tecnico di scuola superioreLa laurea in Scienze Alimentari, Tecnologia Alimentare, Ingegneria Aziendale o Industriale è un plus.La formazione specifica può essere sostituita con esperienza in ambito simile e/o affine.Conoscenza dell'inglese, livello B1-Gradita esperienza di almeno 3 anni, idealmente acquisita all'interno di un gruppo industriale.Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Office.Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative (scritte e orali).Tipologia di contratto:
