[Job Description]

As Sales Manager Europe you will be responsible for the development of Hanwha Power Systems Centrifugal Compressors business in Europe.

Within the assigned territories, you will be accountable for selling engineered air & gas compressors to key-accounts,

You will develop direct client portfolio, as well as maintain and grow Hanwha distribution network.

The role is based in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan) and reports to the European Sales Director.

[Role & Responsibilities]

· Manage Direct Sales (engineered API 672 & 617 machinery for Oil&Gas, Air Separation, Power Generation industries, Marine and other emerging applications related to Hydrogen and CCUS), within the assigned territories and to the assigned key-accounts.

· Achieve or exceed annual sales target for the assigned territories/accounts.

· Maintain and grow Hanwha agents

· Obtain market intelligence information

· Coordinate with Korean HQ and receive operative support as necessary on all role's responsibilities, from business development, tender management, and sales negotiation.

· Support the Project Execution Team for any sales-related aspect.

· Report to management on a regular basis

[Skills & Competencies]

· Strong results-driven approach

· Communication and team working proven capabilities

· Complex sales management (engineered projects for EPC contractors and other global key-accounts, including technical, commercial, financial and legal aspects)

· Sales channels performance monitoring and necessary upgrade to ensure maximum effectiveness

· Establish and maintain excellent relationships, internally and externally, with new, prospects and existing customers.

Experience & Background

· University degree in Engineering is highly preferred

· At least 5-year experience in sales to EPC contractors and equivalent structured key-accounts, or in application and project engineering with exposure to customers management, within companies with international and intercultural business environment

· Rotating machinery business experience is highly preferred

· Open to travel in Europe in the range of 30 to 50% of the working time, depending on business needs

· Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

· A second European language will be a plus
