Per azienda cliente, nota realtà del settore Infrastrutture/Costruzioni, ricerchiamo un Project Manager da inserire sulla sede Importante Azienda. Tra le principali attività rientreranno:
assicurare il presidio del processo di realizzazione dei nuovi lavori, dalla fase di programmazione alle fasi di progettazione ed esecuzione dei lavori assegnati, fino alla messa in esercizio delle opere, nel rispetto degli obiettivi di sicurezza, qualità, tempi e costi e individuando e attivando le opportune soluzioni correttive;
garantire e presidiare, con il supporto delle competenti strutture aziendali, laddove nominato Responsabile Unico del Procedimento e Responsabile Lavori, l'espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti previsti dalle normative in vigore, con particolare riferimento agli adempimenti previsti in materia ambientale e di sicurezza nei cantieri di lavoro;
elaborare ed aggiornare, con il supporto della

Struttura di pianificazione e controllo delle commesse, il piano e il crono-programma generale dei lavori assegnati, monitorandone lo stato d'avanzamento e gli eventuali scostamenti fisici, economici e temporali;
seguire, con il supporto delle strutture Legale e Acquisti e Appalti, la fase di affidamento ed espletamento delle procedure d'appalto e partecipare alla valutazione delle offerte anomale;
gestire, con il supporto delle competenti strutture Acquisti e Appalti, i rapporti contrattuali con le imprese e le proposte di variante, sia dal punto di vista tecnico che economico, inclusa la gestione delle riserve;
coordinare e monitorare, con il supporto delle strutture competenti, il processo relativo all'ottenimento delle autorizzazioni, agli espropri e alla rimozione delle interferenze, assicurando il rispetto dei costi e dei tempi complessivi.
