Position Summary

Job propose

Support Sales Team and Head of Division by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management

Role and Responsibilities

Activities:

  • Conducting workflow in order to show whether process/activity/follow up are on the right track
  • Responsible on daily/weekly/monthly reporting/activities and frequent followup with Sales Managers, Sales Head and HoD
  • Frequently analysis sales trend to share past/current/future situation with stakeholders across departments
  • Monitoring sellout promo and collect feedback from Area Sales Managers
  • Monitoring and provide analysis on online price positioning of main players
  • Managing and daily updating Promo Plan on the basis of Sales Team information
  • Managing commercial back office.
Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably also of SAP or BI tools
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong analysis and communications skills
  • Proactive and flexible in managing multiple tasks.
