**INCARICO AFFIDATO AL/ALLA COLLABORATORE/COLLABORATRICE**
Nell'ambito dell'intervento di Save the Children in Frontiera SUD, realizzato in partenariato con Unicef,
"Emergency protection intervention for refugee and migrant children and women in disembarkation or

transit areas in Sicily and Liguria, Italy (Ref: ECARO/PD/0/6)" finanziato da UNICEF", la
collaboratrice/il collaboratore contribuirà a rafforzare il sistema di protezione e accoglienza dei minori
migranti, attraverso la realizzazione di attività di protezione minori nelle aree di sbarco e nelle strutture
di accoglienza della Calabria, nonché in territori limitrofi laddove necessario.

La/il collaboratrice/tore garantirà il potenziamento del focus di protezione minori nel contesto di
emergenza, supportando informazione, formazione e capacity building rivolte ai soggetti, istituzionali e
non, impegnati nella gestione dei flussi migratori.

L'area di intervento sarà Roccella Jonica, con possibili trasferte in regioni limitrofe e nel territorio Italiano,
laddove richiesto.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ**:

- Supportare il raccordo delle attività in loco condotte dal resto del team a supporto del Field
- Coordinator.- Supportare la realizzazione di un intervento multidisciplinare di team finalizzato alla protezione dei
- minori migranti in arrivo sia in area di sbarco che nei centri di accoglienza, quando necessario- Svolgere attività di informativa legale child friendly, attraverso colloqui individuali e attività di

gruppo per i minori individuati come non accompagnati, accompagnati e a quelli individuati come
vulnerabili sia in area di sbarco che all'interno dei centri di accoglienza
- Svolgere in raccordo con il team attività di gruppo, finalizzate all'implementazione del diritto alla

partecipazione e a sostegno delle attività nello spazio sicuro a misura di minore
- Garantire il mantenimento dell'unità familiare di minori erroneamente identificati come non

accompagnati.
- Supportare una adeguata analisi della situazione individuale e gestione del case management

secondo la migliore strategia di intervento definita in raccordo con il team
- Realizzare interventi di formazione e capacity building ad attori istituzionali e non, coinvolti a vario

titolo nell'assistenza e supporto ai minori stranieri e ai nuclei familiari in base ad una programmazione
precedentemente concordata con il referente in base alle eventuali richieste ricevute.
- Garantire un corretto meccanismo di referral verso i team di Save the Children operativi negli altri

territori, e potenziali stakeholders operativi nel territorio e in Calabria, nonchè in Regioni limitrofe
- Contribuire alla stesura di report giornalieri e/o settimanali sulle condizioni di accoglienza dei minori

e nuclei familiari, analisi del fenomeno e del sistema di protezione laddove richiesto.
- Predisporre e condividere con il Field Coordinator rapporti sulle attività realizzate, sia in termini

quantitativi che qualitativi.
