LE TUE MANSIONI Collaborazione nella selezione dei fornitori con relativa valutazione del rischio e stesura degli accordi tecnici di qualità Pianificazione di audit con i fornitori per approvazione dei processi e valutazione periodica Gestione dei reclami dei fornitori e follow-up fino alla loro risoluzione positiva Definizione di protocolli di qualità con i fornitori al fine di migliorare la qualità delle consegne Collaborazione nei progetti di sviluppo del prodotto COSA CERCHIAMO Diploma di istituto tecnico o laurea in Ingegneria Elettrotecnica, Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria Meccatronica o equivalente Esperienza professionale di più anni in una posizione analoga, preferibilmente maturata all'interno dell'industria automobilistica Padronanza delle metodologie e dei tool in uso per garantire processi di qualità (tra cui 8D, strumenti di approvazione e controllo statistico dei processi) Padronanza delle procedure di controllo e miglioramento della qualità (per esempio metodo 5S, sistema di Lean Production, ciclo PDCA) Apprezzata una conoscenza di base dei modelli di risk management (per esempio metodologia FMEA) e di project management Uso eccellente del pacchetto Microsoft Office Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca, scritta e orale – la conoscenza della lingua italiana è considerata un punto a favore COSA OFFRIAMO Ambiente di lavoro stimolante in un team giovane e dinamico Innovativi progetti hi–tech nel settore della mobilità elettrica Opportunità di carriera all'interno di un'azienda in forte espansione Possibilità di formazione professionale continua Pacchetto retributivo interessante con sistema premiante sulla base dei risultati ottenuti Benefit aziendali
