Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Development Manager da inserire in area Energy & Insurance all'interno della Direzione B2C MARKETING & NEW BUSINESS.

Candidati ed entra a far parte della nostra squadra

Mission
- Analisi e valutazione dei possibili mercati, e relativi modelli di business, perseguibili da WindTre alternativi al core business;
- Scelta e gestione dei Partner per la realizzazione dei nuovi modelli;
- Coordinamento con Finance per le valutazioni economiche e i business case propedeutici alla realizzazione del go-to-market.

Principali Responsabilità e Attività
- Supporto allo sviluppo evolutivo del business dei servizi, oltre quelli "core", tramite scouting sul mercato di soluzioni "plug and play" o nuove partnership;
- Ricoprendo il ruolo di PMO dell'iniziativa avrà il compito:
di guidare lo studio di fattibilità e lo sviluppo del piano strategico dell'iniziativa;
di coordinare tutte le funzioni aziendali e le attività necessarie per implementare il nuovo modello evolutivo nel rispetto dei tempi e costi definiti dal piano strategico e dei requisiti normativi di settore;
Ove già previsto un modello as-is, garantire l'handover tra vecchio e nuovo modello per preservare la continuità del business

Competenze Richieste
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale/Energetica o assimilabile
del mercato energetico, dei prodotti Luce&Gas e delle modalità di pricing (costi/rischi);
delle logiche di trading e di approvvigionamento energetico;
delle attività delle strutture operative di credito, operations e fatturazione.
- Esperienza in costruzione e modellazione di business plan, budget e modelli economici
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Costituisce requisito preferenziale aver seguito la nascita e lo sviluppo di un nuovo player operante nel settore della vendita dell'energia. Conoscenza del framework AGILE e/o esperienze pregresse di lavoro AGILE.
