Titolo della posizione: Quality Control Specialist

Scopo della posizione: Si assicura che la qualità richiesta durante il ciclo produttivo e del prodotto finito sia consona e metta in atto tutte le azioni necessarie al loro conseguimento e mantenimento.

Responsabilità Principali
- È responsabile di certificare la conformità agli standard qualitativi di Ferretti Group ispezionando in prima persona le unità assegnate (linee di produzione) durante il processo di allestimento, dall' avvio della linea di produzione (ingresso dei manufatti) fino al chiusura del processo di collaudo.
- Definisce, in collaborazione con ingegneria Industriale e la Responsabile della funzione Controllo Qualità le procedure e le istruzioni operative di controllo durante il processo produttivo, sia all'interno del sito produttivo di Ancona, che c/o fornitori terzi laddove risulti necessario e inerente l'ottimizzazione dei processi di assemblaggio.
- E' responsabile della gestione delle Non Conformità (NC) rilevate nel cantiere e quello che ricade dalla produzione di serie (Customer Service) per tutto il ciclo produttivo dell'imbarcazione.
- Implementa e monitora azioni correttive derivanti da problem solving.
- Esegue survey programmate per verificare la bontà dell'allestimento di bordo.
- Da supporto all'Area Qualità Centrale di Corporate nelle visite di certificazione ISO 9001 per quanto riguarda il processo di controllo nello stabilimento.
- Gestisce l'aggiornamento dello "stato qualità" delle linea di prodotto assegnata
- Assicura la registrazione corretta della strumentazione specifica.
- Esegue Audit di mantenimento delle 5S di produzione e di cantiere.
- Supporta le visite ispettive dei Surveyor/Comandanti
- Verifica la conformità delle attività o del manufatto in funzione di istruzioni di lavoro e/o disegno tecnico.

Il Candidato per il Ruolo sopradescritto deve rispettare i requisiti elencati di seguito:

- Formazione: Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
- Esperienze Professionali: 3/5 anni nel settore navale e nautico
- Esperienza pregressa nelle area Operations e Ispezioni di bordo: almeno 3 anni
- Conoscenza Software: gestionale SAP, progettazione Rhinoceros e/o Microstation.
- Altre conoscenze: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
