Job Opportunity: Engineering & Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering & Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Angelini Pharma.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects related to production equipment, packaging machinery, and analytical instrumentation, from feasibility study to execution phase.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the change control process, utilizing digital tools in accordance with Global and Local standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct assessments on the impacted aspects of the project, collaborating with internal teams (Quality Assurance, EHS, etc.).
  • Develop specific documentation for the systems in scope of the project, including technical specifications and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department for the purchasing of the system/service in scope.
  • Supervise jobsite during execution phase, coordinating contractors on both technical and safety aspects.
  • Contribute to the definition of CAPEX and maintenance annual budgets.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Management Engineering.
  • Knowledge of design and lifecycle management of technical systems and production machinery.
  • Ability to collaborate and serve as a point of reference in complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), B2 level.
  • Availability to travel, both in Italy and abroad for short periods.
