Within the new Direct Sales Department, coherently with the strategic plan of growth of our direct and digital channels, we are looking for a Direct Sales Specialist who will support business development and projects for several source markets, joining the Direct Sales Department Team at the Company Headquarters in Genoa - Italy.


Key responsibilities:

- monitor direct channels results and KPIs at weekly, monthly and yearly level ensuring definition and execution of opportunity and mitigation plans;
- support activation on all direct channels of main commercial promotions and activities;
- with a focus on customer center channel manage database portfolio and leads;
- ensure effectiveness of our customer center through specific canvass on main commercial activations;
- develop new and alternative direct sales channels (market place, direct group, commercial partnerships);
- promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.

Requirements:

- experience at least of 2 years in the field of sales and marketing (Online Travel Agency is a relevant plus);
- sales and analytics attitude;

  • Italian native or fluent language;
  • English, Spanish at professional level and an additional among French and German is a strong plus;
- bachelor's Degree in economics or related faculties;
- positive relation at every level of the organization (from Country Head to Sales Agent) and with different sparring partners within Marketing, Contact Center, Ecommerce and Customer Center organizations.
- flexibility to react quickly to a fast-changing environment and propensity to deliver under pressure
- motivation and result orientation
- solid team-working culture, excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency
- excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular specialization in Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent communication skills, public speaking & storytelling effectiveness is a must have.
