PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA
Le attività di Confidenzialeverranno portate avanti in collaborazione con gli uffici di Bruxelles.
- Supportare la gestione delle relazioni con il Governo' i Ministeri' il Parlamento ed i decision maker per rafforzare la posizione e l'immagine di BASF.
- Monitorare e accompagnare iniziative legislative globali e trend di politiche in ambito di Chemical Strategy for Sustainability ed azioni correlate 'EU Green Deal' identificando opportunità e rischi.
- Definire ed implementare appropriate strategie di posizionamento' messaggi chiave ed informazioni necessarie per meeting istituzionali.
- Mantenere un costante con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Coinvolgere proattivamente policymakers ed altri stakeholder in istituzioni politiche rilevanti ed associazioni' ad esempio organizzando e gestendo meeting ed eventi.
- Costruire e mantenere una forte rete interna ed esterna a BASF con vari stakeholder' sia a livello europeo che nazionale.
PROFILO RICERCATO
- Laurea magistrale in Scienze Naturali' Business - Scienze Umanistiche.
- Un'esperienza lavorativa in ambito di politiche europee in un contesto istituzionale' di CVssociazione' in una ONG - nel settore Confidenzialearà considerata un plus.
- Familiarità con processi e procedure legislative italiane ed europee.
- Forte capacità di analisi ed un approccio imprenditoriale.
- Ecenti competenze comunicative' comprovate in interviste' presentazioni e discussioni pubbliche.
- Completano il profilo capacità di negoziazione ed un approccio orientato 'obiettivo.
- Sono richiesti un livello madrelingua di italiano e un'ottima fluenza in inglese. La conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua europea costiituisce titolo preferenziale.
