Per la nostra Divisione Ufficio Gare siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all'interno del Team Tender Technical che avrà l'obiettivo di affiancare i colleghi nelle attività di competenza.
In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Analisi documenti di gara; Predisposizione della documentazione tecnica di gara: referenze, metodologia, curricula; Predisposizione di eventuali chiarimenti in coordinamento con i vari responsabili operativi; Archiviazione della documentazione inviata; Supporto nella redazione di documenti giustificativi, comprova requisiti; Elaborazione casi studio, attestati di regolare esecuzioneCosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?
Titolo di studi: Diploma o Laurea; Dimestichezza e conoscenza della documentazione e della gestione di offerte tecniche di gara; Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nell'elaborazione di offerte per servizi di certificazione di sistemi di gestione aziendale (es. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ; Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in attività inerenti al Settore Gare. Ottime doti di organizzazione del tempo e delle scadenze, professionalità, concentrazione e attitudine a lavorare sotto stress e con scadenze strette. Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e dell'utilizzo di Internet; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.È previsto un inserimento con contratto di tipo subordinato a tempo indeterminato e pacchetto retributivo commisurato sulla base dell'esperienza della risorsa.
