Per il potenziamento del nostro servizio di Assistenza Post Vendita nell'area Centro Italia stiamo ricercando un **FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN**
La mansione prevede le seguenti attività:
- Interventi tecnici (installazione, manutenzione e riparazione) di apparecchi elettronici per la continuità, il controllo e la sicurezza dell'alimentazione in bassa tensione (UPS).
- Manutenzioni preventive assegnate come Key Account (clienti strategici) e di quelle pianificate dal call center.
L'attività, svolta direttamente presso le sedi dei clienti, richiede il rispetto di elevati standard qualitativi di servizio e della pianificazione fornita dal customer service aziendale.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- diploma in ambito Elettrotecnico, Elettronico o esperienza pluriennale come installatore / tecnico interventista;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- buona capacità di analisi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici (problem-solving & trouble-shooting);
- plus valore eventuali conoscenze tecniche specifiche sui prodotti Ups;
- disponibilità a trasferte quotidiane sul territorio italiano;
- capacità di relazionarsi con clienti esterni ed interni.
Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali, disponibilità ad orari di lavoro flessibili, predisposizione alla mobilità sul territorio, proattività, spirito organizzativo ed attitudine al problem solving.
Si richiede la residenza nell'area **Centro Italia - Pescara/Chieti** e la disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nell'area di competenza assegnata.
