**Descrizione**
Euclide srl, azienda di **consulenza ingegneristica - ramo energetico e servizi alle imprese**, ricerca la figura di un project manager. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il coordinamento operativo, gli altri PM di settore e tutti i membri del team, sia tecnici che amministrativi.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- Analizzare e monitorare il budget di commessa;
- Elaborare e pianificare i **progetti di riqualificazione energetica** della propria divisione;
- Organizzare efficacemente e coordinare le risorse a disposizione;
- Favorire la comunicazione e l'affiatamento del proprio team;
- Distribuire le risorse sulle attività e monitorarne lo svolgimento;
- Svolgere periodicamente il processo di controllo, riportando al coordinamento operativo e alla direzione generale lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e le stime di conclusione, anticipando eventuali esigenze e criticità;
- Mantenere i contatti con gli utenti di riferimento e gli utenti finali pianificandone il coinvolgimento nelle varie attività del progetto;
- Produrre la documentazione di sua competenza e supervisionare quella prodotta dal team;
- Controllare la qualità dei prodotti documentali ed assicurarsi che gli standard aziendali di qualità adottati siano rispettati;
- Dopo la chiusura del progetto, provvedere alle attività di riepilogo con il proprio team e il coordinamento operativo;
- Avere sempre un'attenzione particolare al miglioramento dei processi produttivi del progetto.
