Position Summary

Job Purpose


Being in charge of Logistics coordination, she/he will supervise logistics operation process and detect the daily issues, manage internal and external customers, regularly report Logistics Performance KPI and Logistics cost analysis to Operation center manager, and Top management.


She/he needs to work closely with internal team (Sales and Operation divisions) and collaborate with external vendors and also with customers to support seamless logistics operation and to enhance Logistics Innovation and optimization.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operation supervision:

  • End to end logistics operation management with logistics service provider (Production
  • Export
  • Transportation import in stock
  • Departure
  • Invoice collection);
  • Monitor and control reverse logistics (Technical/Commercial Return, Concealed damage, Scrap and ship back);
  • Finding daily operation issues/prealert to relevant teams/resolving issues for end month operation & sales maximization;
  • Daily support to grading company;
  • Review weekly base delivery order portfolio.
Performing Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports of Logistics operation KPI.

Scenario simulation-based Logistics Costs analysis and execute cost saving actions.

Logistics Process Improvement:

  • Logistics Process review and improvement, after implementation and controlling the performances;
  • Coordinating key logistics initiative and improvement projects locally/globally driven by European HQ;
  • Support Logistics Vender selection and evaluate thirdparty logistics KPI management.

Stock Controlling:

  • Support Internal / External Audit with count parts in logistics parts;
  • Stock control by Product/Grading and Intransit;
  • Daily stock discrepancy comparison.
Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background:
Master/Bachelor in SCM or Logistics Operation

Professional Background:
experience in Logistics operation, Cost Control & Financial analysis or Project management experience preferred.

Computer Knowledge:
Excellent Office package especially Excel. Macro/Statistic package experience preferred.

Language Knowledge:
Good written & spoken English & Italian

Travel required:
less than 10%

Others:

Excellent analytical skill, Good communication skill with customers or with other teams, good coordination skills between sales and operation.
