La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un team e sarà supportata da figure senior; gestirà le relazioni con i clienti per verifiche amministrative/contabili al fine di ridurre lo scaduto.
Tra le attività quotidiane la risorsa si occuperà di:
Contattare i clienti inadempienti per recuperare i pagamenti scaduti Fornire assistenza e consulenza ai clienti per aiutarli a gestire il loro debito in modo efficace Collaborare con altri uffici per risolvere i casi più complessi Il candidato ideale ha:
Diploma di ragioneria (es. relazioni internazionali per il marketing / indirizzo turistico) oppure laurea di primo livello in ambito economico. Preferibile conoscenza di elementi back office (es. fatture, note di credito, bilancio, partite aperte e partite chiuse) Competenze in ambito amministrativo e gradita pregressa esperienza in ambito back office Buona capacità analitica e di intervento proattivo Precisione nell'elaborazione dei dati e attenzione ai dettagli Attitudine al lavoro di squadra Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) Offriamo la possibilità di inserirsi in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, con un affiancamento costante e la reale possibilità di crescere e formarsi.
Il progetto di stage prevede una durata di 6 mesi, offre un compenso di 700 euro mensili e prevede orario full time con possibilità di fare smart working al 40%.
La sede di lavoro è a Milano.
