FunctieomschrijvingRandstad, InHouse Division, is searching for an Admin Manager for our multinational client leading the TelCo Sector that is focusing strongly on becoming not only a leader in the smartphone industry, but also a key player in the digital mobile scenario, creating an integrated ecosystem built around the consumer and become a new leading player for developers, partners and consumers.


We are looking for an Admin Manager who will be in charge of all the Admin and Office management activities of the business group in Milan's office.

You will have the opportunity to work in a complex, stimulating and fast-paced international environment where you will be able to learn and grow on a daily basis.

Type of contract:
Agency worker, permanent contract. Salary based on experience.

Be responsible for all office management activities in Milan's office (located in the center of the city) for a total of 140 working staff;
Coordinate external suppliers, such as cleaning and reception services;

Manage company assets regular inventory and assignment to colleagues;
Analyze and prepare reports and presentation on office management and suppliers;
Maintain contacts with office landlord;
Manage payments of office invoices and rental fee;
Be a reference person in coordinating company events (office setup, orders to suppliers etc.);
Manage confidential documents.

Functie-eisenWhat do we expect from you

5- years of experience in a similar role;
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus;
Previous experience in office management is required, preferably in companies with -100 employees.

Experience in organizing company events, such as team buildings, meetings etc.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize

Great attention to details and strive for excellence

Strong drive to work in team and support others

Willingness to work in a highly multicultural and diverse environment.
