We're on the lookout for a CRM business analyst to join the ICT department, specifically in the Omnichannel Team. The role revolves around digital transformation projects, developing business processes based on requirements, and designing functionalities for major initiatives to ensure a seamless process solution. Here are the **main activities** of the role:

- Handle system administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Manage daily Salesforce instances.
- Conduct regular functional tests to validate system upgrades.
- Assist and support users in defining and documenting development requirements through training programs.
- Resolve user support tickets.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification.
- Previous experience in Fashion, Luxury, or Retail business preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms like Salesforce CDP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Tealium, Segment, etc.
- Understanding of omnichannel and digital transformation strategies focusing on customer experience, KPIs, and Data Privacy.
- Fluency in English.
- Essential qualities include a passionate and positive attitude, along with good interpersonal skills for team and customer interactions.
