For the Valeo Service Division, part of the Valeo Group, Worldwide Automotive aftermarket specialist, we are looking for:

Division Key Account Manager Associate

Contribution to budget

  • He/she is accountable for the monthly, halfyearly and annual commercial results of the assigned customers

KPIs include:
Volume, Turnover, Profitability, Portfolio Enlargement and business diversification (New Category Listings and Range Depth), New Customers, Market Share, Customer Satisfaction;

  • He/she is responsible for the negotiations of the Annual Agreements of the assigned customers ;
  • He/she is accountable for the definition and implementation of the Customer Development Plan for the assigned accounts ;
  • He/she is responsible for the forecasting process ;
  • He/she is able to prepare / manage / lead internal and external business reviews.

Customer strategy

He/she is in charge to collect relevant data such as customer sell-out data, stock level, customers activities in the market, business potential for the assigned accounts and able to figure out key drivers of customer performances.


He/ she is in charge to define and implement the right strategy with the assigned customers in order to identify unmet customers' needs and achieve targets for sales volume, turnover and other strategic objectives.

He/ she is in charge to identify & valorize new business opportunities.
He/ she is in charge for competitor analysis.

Customer relationship management
He/ she is responsible for establishing professional and win-win relationships with the assigned customers, in order to keep/develop good customer intimacy ;

Profile

  • University degree
  • Experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing (preferably in wellstructured multinational companies)
  • Experience of the automotive aftermarket sector is highly desired
  • Strategic thinking

  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Abilit y to work und er pressure
  • Fluent English
  • Excel and PowerPoint user
  • Work location Piedmont/Lombardy, travel 50% of the time
