**JOB PURPOSE**
The Group Revenue Management Manager (GRMM) leads the design of the Pricing guidelines for Brand, services and segments as well as to ensure the correct implementation of the decisions supporting the regional team in the business declination.
He/She is expected to comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from operative to strategic related to pricing and revenue management to support the company in all the revenue generating activities
The role will work closely with Global Category Marketing team and Regional/ Country Marketing teams to establish and maintain competitive pricing intelligence; identify, prioritize and track critical pricing issues at global level; and provide analysis and recommendations to objectively guide and influence pricing strategies. He/ she is responsible to ensure regional/ country level adherence to the pricing discipline globally.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Pricing Strategy**
- Establish and implement standard commercial policies for Automotive and Industrial that provide guiderails to the organization for managing pricing; Keep updated on the Global Pricing Framework and determines the key components required to be built into the regional/ local commercial policies developing and implement roadmap necessary to create best-in-class pricing infrastructure (people, process, technology);
- Provides inputs and framework for analytics to Global Brand & Category Marketing teams for the definition of optimal price corridors and margin targets for each product tier for all key categories (including new product launches) ensuring continuous improvement and enhancements in pricing
**Implementation and Data Analysis**
- Ensures pricing discipline across Regions/ Countries. Monitors local adherence to agreed pricing and margin guidelines for defined product categories and tiers
- Collates and maintains pricing data and reports for key countries (by core product categories and tiers) and reviews pricing reports with Global Brand & Category Marketing teams with Regional Marketing teams
- Recommends KPIs to measure the progress of global pricing excellence implementation and ensures a structure data tracking and RCA analysis

- Identifies, prioritizes and tracks critical pricing issues globally e.g., global pricing transparency, new reimbursement models, and opportunities/ challenges with tiered pricing
**Tools and Capabilities**
- Contribute to the creation of pricing excellence culture across the organization, building capabilities and skills to enable personnel to fulfill pricing roles and responsibilities
- Leads the global pricing digitalization roadmap (from global/ regions), identifying digital solutions and driving the implementation
- Collaborate on content creation of training programs to enhance Capabilities and Competences.
**Pricing Intelligence**
- Establishes and maintains competitive pricing intelligence in cooperation with the GBM team members and the Regional/ Country Pricing Managers; ensuring update data tracking
- In collaboration with GBM team members and Pricing community performa research on pricing opportunities, concepts testing for market acceptance and customer insights into potential areas for value creation through pricing.
**Teamwork & Project management**
- Establish close collaboration with regional team on executing the Pricing guidelines, supporting issue resolution and facilitating best practices sharing
- Supports and collaborates with other global functions (Marketing & Finance in particular) to instill and develop pricing capabilities at Regional and Local level
