As an
Innovation Consultant Intern, you will have the chance to see first-hand
Innovation management,
Business Design,
Corporate Entrepreneurship & Strategy, and
Emerging technology adoption and get your feet wet working with clients belonging to different industries.


Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of:

  • supporting the analysis and definition of the technological innovation strategies through road mapping and scouting
- collaborating in design activities, focused on Design thinking and lean startup methodologies, open innovation, and corporate venture capital
- contributing to the design and delivery of training activities and workshops to clients on topics

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Management/Engineering (Industrial, Energy, and Mechanical), Business and Economics
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Excel (nice to have:
  • Power BI, SPSS, Tableau)
  • Project management skills
  • Italian language required

  • Selfmotivation, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent ability to speak in public and manage the interactions with other stakeholders (team members, clients )
