Cerchiamo un Operation Intern che lavorerà a diretto riporto del Marketplace Operations Manager supportando le operations dei marketplace di Snowit. Infatti, lo stagista seguirà l'avanzamento dell'aggiornamento del sito di e-commerce e lo sviluppo delle nuove App di Snowit. Avrà inoltre la responsabilità di gestione tutti i prodotti presenti sulla piattaforma, dall'inserimento a catalogo alla gestione degli stessi.

**Prerequisiti**:

- Laurea Magistrale (conclusa da meno di 6 mesi o studenti all'ultimo anno di magistrale) in Economia/Ingegneria/Data Analysis
- Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

**Cosa farai**:
Nel ruolo di Operations Intern avrai la responsabilità che tutti i prodotti che gli utenti vedono su sito o App siano perfetti

Sarai responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Gestire tutti i prodotti sul marketplace Snowit: dal caricamento sulla piattaforma all'analisi e ottimizzazione della UX al fine di incrementare il tasso di conversione;
- Gestire i marketplace in private label: in Snowit gestiamo i siti delle migliori località sciistiche dell'arco alpino (Bormio, Pontedilegno-Tonale, Bardonecchia, Aprica, Livigno, Piani di Bobbio )
- Analizzare i feedback sulla customer satisfaction al fine di proporre miglioramenti alle operations del customer service
- Seguire e coordinare l'implementazione técnica degli accordi commerciali stipulati;
- Interagire con gli utenti potenziali per raccogliere loro feedback attraverso indagini quantitative e qualitative a seguito di ogni implementazione técnica;

**Commitment & contract**:
Stage curriculare della durata di 6 mesi a partire da settembre finalizzato all'assunzione.

Indennità di 650€ per la partecipazione al tirocinio.

**Location**:
I nostri uffici sono in centro a Milano ma dopo un primo periodo di onboarding avrai la possibilità di lavorare anche in remoto alcuni giorni la settimana.
