We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our new flagship store in Milano that will open in December.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador of the Company and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer, showing a deep knowledge of the Company's products, core values and history.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing an exceptional customer experience to our clientele, promoting and selling products identifying our customers' needs. Striving to reach the Store Kpi's in order to increase the overall performance.
Acting as a BrandAmbassador, reflecting the Corporate Image through an exceptional customer service aimed at building a long - term relation with clients.
Maintaining the store standards according to the Company's guidelines. Implementing all the retail procedures, including returns, cash operations, grooming and Retail Excellence programs. Participating in all the trainings as required to ensure the Brand image is maintained. Actively monitoring the stock levels so to guarantee the correct stock supply and sales continuity.Profilo
Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
Strong team player
Proven sales skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in attainable luxury, Jewellery/Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
