Nell'ottica di potenziamento del dipartimento Supply Chain, offriamo un'opportunità di inserimento in qualità di Demand Planner.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Supply Chain Manager, seguirà le attività di demand planning del portfolio prodotti assegnato, effettuerà le conseguenti analisi previsionali e il monitoraggio dei KPI.

**Le principali attività che caratterizzeranno il ruolo sono**:
Forecast dei fabbisogni e del phasing per prodotti vendita e campioni
Interazione con Sales e Maketing per reperire e consolidare le informazioni rilevanti alla definizione del forecast (lanci, phase out, promo, campagne,)
Preparazione e supporto per le riunioni S&OP (Sales and operational meeting) con marketing, vendite, finance, supply planning
Monitoraggio KPI's (forecast accuracy) e reportistica
Gestione copacking/rilavorazioni prodotti
Analisi dati e realizzazione di reportistica

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o percorsi accademici affini
- Esperienza mínima di 2 anni nel ruolo maturata preferibilmente in aziende del settore farmaceutico o alimentare
- Mentalità analitica e quantitativa con approccio data driven
- Ottima conoscenza di SAP (in particolare modulo MM) e di Excel
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese parlato e scritto
- Consolidate doti organizzative e capacità relazionali
- Spirito di iniziativa, proattività e gestione dello stress completano il profilo
