Are you ready to join our team as a Purchasing Assistant? In this role, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure the highest quality products for our structure.

Missions:
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to maintain quality standards.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in placing orders, purchasing activities, and product deliveries to designated areas.
  • Manage invoices and delivery notes meticulously to keep a record of orders, deliveries, and products for the Food & Beverage departments.
  • Monitor supplier prices to make cost-effective purchases.
  • Analyze product flow to anticipate demands and optimize processes.
  • Adhere to purchasing procedures for internal and external supplies.
  • Implement and continuously evaluate energy-saving measures and cost control.
Profile:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for organizing the ordering process.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector.
  • Effective communication abilities with all departments and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
