BUSINESS ANALYST CRM con unacomprovata esperienza in ambito di disegno, implementazione e gestione di soluzioni CRM ed
esperienza in customer data analysis su DB.
La risorsa da inserire si occuper di:
Analizzare, segmentare, valutare su larga scala le opportune basi dati-utenti, per aumentarne ilbacino e redditivit per lazienda, profilando la customer base attuale e pregressa;
Operare direttamente sulle piattaforme preposte in azienda per ottenere quanto gi acquisito alivello di dati e informazioni, e analizzarli per trovarne ricombinazioni di valore a supporto degliobiettivi degli altri team business;
Indirizzare lo sviluppo e lottimizzazione delle piattaforme e degli strumenti tecnici necessari alraggiungimento dei propri obiettivi, e promuovere attivamente le migliori iniziative diautomazione e condivisione interna e cross-funzione dei dati CRM di rilevanza business;
Armonizzare lazione dei vari team aziendali nellazione di CRM, mantenendo alti i livelli dicooperazione tra di loro;
Definire, sviluppare e monitorare il reporting legato alle attivit di CRM e di Customer Insight.
