**Vivienne Westwood Srl** sta cercando una risorsa che si unirà al team Purchasing and Procurement nei nostri uffici di Milano.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Verifica della fattibilità delle richieste di consegna anticipata di prodotto finito insieme al Planning e al Merchandising controllando i lead time dei materiali;
- Pianificazione degli acquisti dei materiali in base alle richieste del Production Planning dopo aver definito le deadline dei forecast;
- Calcolo dei fabbisogni dei materiali sulla base dei consumi teorici;
- Gestire il pre-buying dei materiali, verificare le conferme dei fornitori ed avvisare il Planning sulle consegne previste;
- Ricalcolo dei fabbisogni a seguito della chiusura della campagna vendita, controllo delle quantità ordinate dai confezionisti e gestione delle criticità;
- Coordinamento di eventuali resi o azioni correttive per materiali non conformi.

**Competenze**:

- La risorsa deve possedere capacità analitiche, organizzative ed autonomia per monitorare i flussi di approvvigionamento;
- La risorsa deve avere buone conoscenze tecniche sui materiali da taglio per la produzione di abbigliamento ed accessori;
- Si richiede la disponibilità a possibili trasferte;
- Si richiedono ottime doti relazionali e spirito collaborativo.

**Criteria**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale/tessile/economia/moda/design;
- La risorsa deve avere esperienza pregressa in aziende di moda e deve conoscere i processi produttivi della supply chain;
- Le lingue italiana e inglese devono essere di ottimo livello in quanto ci si deve interfacciare quotidianamente con i colleghi della sede UK e della sede italiana;
- E' richiesta la buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, principalmente Excel e del gestionale PLM.
- La conoscenza di Sap rappresenta un plus.
