Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich
Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution

Your Mission:


As a Head of Growth at Electra, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our EV charging network.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to increase brand awareness, drive users adoption, and boost revenues.


To achieve this, you will:

Develop and implement a results-driven growth strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Be in charge of Electra's pricing strategy, including smart electricity sourcing, e-mobility service providers (EMSP) management, F2F competition pricing strategy

Leverage communication (PR agency, Social media, Facebook community) and marketing channels (partnerships, online / offline marketing) to build the #1 EV charging brand in Italy.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with large EV fleets (Taxi, Car rental, Last mile delivery) and other relevant partners to increase our revenue.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Work hand in hand with central marketing teams running CRM, paid campaigns and promotions to adapt the strategy to your local context and maximise their impact

You will be part of the Italian top management and you will directly report to the general manager.

Also, you will work closely with our central Growth Department in order to align the local strategy to the company one.


Desired Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles: you've to be comfortable with marketing related topics and you've a good commercial attitude
  • You're dynamic, you love building projects from scratch, ideally you've started from scratch a startup or a department
  • You've good commercial skills, and you feel comfortable in pitching and making deals with main automotive players (fleets, car sharing, taxi, etc )
  • You love numbers, you are analytical and businessfocused; you know how to use data to inform your decisions.
  • You're a structured person, as you've to build a whole department and give structure to a potential future team
  • You can articulate complex issues in a simple way to convey impactful messages.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and project management.
  • You demonstrate autonomy and initiative in exploring new initiatives.
  • Nice to have : a first experience in a company in the energy sector or a close to Electra's related field would be a great advantage. OR you have a strong interest in emobility or energy field.
