MBDA Italia, sede di Roma è alla ricerca di un Business analyst con il compito di gestire il processo di implementazione del nuovo SAP S/4 nell'ambito del perimetro Cost Base Italy della funzione Finance.
Si richiede una esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni maturata in area finance di aziende industriali, preferibilmente di matrice internazionale o in società di consulenza o revisione, occupandosi delle attività:
- Gestire il processo di implementazione del nuovo SAP S/4 nell'ambito del perimetro Cost Base Italy, partecipando alle fasi di configurazione e design, data cleansing, data migration, deployment del sistema, supporto nella definizione degli scenari di test (User Stories) e partecipazione alle attività di UAT (User Acceptance Test), gestione delle attività di cutover per garantire la regolare transizione dal sistema "legacy" al nuovo S/4 HANA
- Interfacciare la funzione Information Management e i consulenti esterni per gli aspetti più tecnici del progetto
- Assicurare il corretto scambio di informazioni e coordinamento all'interno delle funzioni Finance ma anche all'esterno verso le altre Direzioni
- Supportare la stesura dei nuovi processi Finance Cost Base seguenti all'implementazione del nuovo sistema con particolare attenzione agli obiettivi di armonizzazione dei processi tra le diverse NatCo e di standardizzazione delle soluzioni da adottare
- Supportare gli utenti Finance Cost Base nella fase di Post Go-Live del nuovo sistema
Competenze Professionali
- Competenze di controlling dei costi di struttura maturate in aziende industriali complesse
- Conoscenza approfondita della contabilità industriale
- Buona conoscenza dei principali processi Finance
- Ottima conoscenza e utilizzo dei tool gestionali BPC, BW e SAP ECC (in particolare moduli FI/CO)
- Precedenti esperienze in progetti di implementazione di processi e sistemi Finance (costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di SAP S/4 Hana)
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)
- Capacità di lavorare in team internazionali con diversi stakeholders di riferimento (Team funzionale, Team IM, Cross Functional Team, System Integrator Team)
Conoscenze linguistiche
Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
