N.1 Project Manager
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestire i rapporti tecnico-commerciali con i progettisti, DL e referenti della Committente
- Controllare l'andamento della commessa coordinandosi con la Direzione Tecnica e l'Ufficio Acquisti
- Dirigere in autonomia le attività di cantiere
- Coordinare il team di lavoro.
Si richiede:
- Laurea in Ingegneria civile/edile o Diploma da Geometra o equivalenti
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni maturata nel ruolo ed in settori edili/industriali/manutenzioni
- Conoscenza della preventivazione nelle gare d'appalto e delle normative in ambito appalti pubblici e privati, qualità, ambiente e sicurezza.
- Ottimo utilizzo di Excel e dei principali applicativi Office ed Outlook, del programma gestionale STR e Autocad
- Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Ottime capacità comunicative, organizzative e relazionali completano il profilo.
