Marine & Certification HSE Security Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Marine & Certification HSE Division.

A. is looking for a Security Manager/Specialist.

The role is focused on planning, establishing and monitoring the security policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols for the organization, implementing security operations in defined offices and supporting all offices of RINA Services and of its controlled Legal Entities, in order to ensure that security is properly managed making sure that the environment is safe for employees and visitors.


Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the HSM competent and with the Global Security Manager for all security aspects
  • Conducting and implementing security risk assessment for business travels, sites and tenders/special projects in support of Group Companies
  • Supervising security officers and guards in defined offices
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events in defined offices
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms in defined offices
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements
  • Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses in defined offices

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in International Relations studies
- + 5 years of experience as Security Specialist or similar role

  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
