RINA is currently looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join its team in Genoa, Rome, or Milan, Italy, as part of the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, responsible for technical duties, capable of working independently or as part of a team. You will tackle challenging offshore and onshore projects, providing expertise on ground characterization, foundation design, and participating in offshore campaigns. You are expected to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment.

Education:

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering

Skills:

  • Specialization in soil mechanics or lab testing
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in offshore geotechnical fields
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software packages and programming languages
  • Ability to interpret test results, define design parameters, and conduct geophysical data analysis
  • Experience in onshore and offshore geotechnical assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
