Per importante azienda a livello internazionale operante nella progettazione, produzione e manutenzione di componenti e sistemi aeronautici civili e militari ricerchiamo:
Material Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

L'azienda è presente nell'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dalla fase di progettazione e pianificazione a quella di produzione e servizi offrendo soluzioni tecnologiche innovative che consentono ai clienti di rispondere ai continui cambiamenti del mercato: dall'additive manufacturing alle nuove tecnologie dedicate alla produzione di trasmissioni meccaniche, turbine e combustori per velivoli ed elicotteri.

Il profilo ricercato sarà il punto di riferimento del cliente. Inoltre, coordinerà e accelererà il flusso delle parti in base alle esigenze del cliente per garantirne la soddisfazione.

Si richiede:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Aerospaziale o Industriale
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito Manufacturing
- Buona conoscenza di SAP e Pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Team Working
- Problem Solving
- Capacità analitica e organizzativa
- Gestione delle priorità

Responsabilità:

- Incontrare i clienti per comprendere e definire le loro esigenze
- Trasferire le esigenze del cliente all'officina
- Supervisionare i processi tra i requisiti del cliente e le consegne dell'azienda per garantire il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo
- Collaborare con il Program Manager sulle previsioni di introduzione dei clienti
- Comunicare l'induction plan al negozio
- Analizzare il divario prestazionale con un approccio di problem solving
- Verificare con i clienti le prestazioni di output e il livello di soddisfazione su base mensile
- Lavoro interfunzionale per fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie al cliente e soddisfare i requisiti
- Avere contatti quotidiani con tutti i livelli dell'officina
- Fornire analisi KPI mensili
- Pianificazione e programmazione di esigenze dei ricambi
- Ottimizzare l'inventario e migliorare i processi
- Garantire la consegna puntuale del fornitore
- Applicazione della logica just in time per l'acquisto
